Default Fall in the Midwest

It was a great morning to take a run in the Model A this morning. I headed up the Great River Road out of Alton and headed up to Grafton, Il. The trees are just about to peak in their fall color. It was a great day for a drive in a Model A.

That looks like the southeastern part of Minnesota, where I spent 4 days last week. For sure it's the most beautiful part of the state and makes for great Model A drives.

The Sonoma valley and hills are quite beautiful in the fall. I don't know an easy route from Oakland, but if you can do it it's worth the drive.
