Default Classic Car Motor Oil

I have just learned of a company called "Classic Car Motor Oil". Has 1600 ppm ZDDP in it. Any comments on this? Made for Indiana region of the Classic Car Club of America.

Because of the low revs of the A I've read where zddp not "critical for use in an A. FWIW

Never heard of that. From my understanding the zinc was used to help prevent cam lobe & lifter wear on old style flat bottom tappetts.

Not so much a problem with Model A's but it can be a problem with 40s & 50s era cars with higher valve spring pressures.

All to often people try to over engineer a solution to a problem that doesn't exist in the first place. JMO.

Whatever oil makes you happy is the correct oil for your A.

Luke: You jogged my memory, it's because of the low valve spring pressure in a stock A that the zddp not critical.
I also agree with this and almost added it to my original post as well as many others here recently:"All to often people try to over engineer a solution to a problem that doesn't exist in the first place. JMO. "
