Smile 32 model BB (4 cyl)

I mostly do model T and TT vehicles and post on the T section.
I have a 32 BB wood bed truck that I parked in a dry garage in 1958 (was My dad's truck) I am sure the engine will need a total overhaul as Dad used the truck till it was totally worn out.
Is anybody running any like the above described truck??
I am thinking of getting out the truck and trying to run in again.

Yep! There are a few BB's around! What are your questions/concerns? Glad to help in any way I can.

I would suggest a total dismantle of the engine to clean it and make sure the dip pan does not have any rust holes etc. Mine was last registered in 57. If I had tried to start it I would likely have ruined rods/ crank etc.

Post pictures please!

1932BB, I was just wondering if there are some BB trucks still being restored. At this time, pictures are next to impossible as the truck is in a corner of the garage and darn near covered with parts etc.
Yes, if I do decide to restore, the engine will be totally taken apart as I stated above, the truck was used till it was darn near worn out.

I restored mine several years ago. I love the truck and use it quite often. This truck gets a lot attention at car shows and people like the dump system especially. It is chain drive off the pto with an original heil body. The trucks are simple to work on but the are a beast to drive. It does around 45 mph and it has the model B engine under the hood. I would never sell it and drive it to work all summer. good luck.

Willie, snyder's should have most of the mechanicals you would need. The one thing that is necessary to get a modern version on is the fuel pump diaphram. The old stock stuff will not tolerate modern gas.
