Default 1946 popping issue

i started my stock 1946 ford . it was popping from tail pipe...(loud) i thought it maybe sticky valve. took the dis cap off its got heavy carbon tracks . so i need to know who has a good but not to expensive cap and rotor for a 59ab two piece cap with the small clips also need the pins to hold little clips to cap. i have the big bail clip.

Do some research, but I have been told that the crab type distributor cap can replace the two piece "bunny ears" style. I was told this after I went through tremendous pain in the rear of running the spark plug wires through the top piece of my bunny ear style one.
