Default Can you identify this radiator cap?

Have this in my stock and would like to identify it....

1937 Ford pickup and truck, also Lincoln 1940-41 maybe 39.

Thanks nospartsman! I guess the cone was to deflect the flow of coolant from the cap? Let me know if there are any thoughts or something to learn about this.
