Just about ready to do the windshield install. Any little tidbits i have to watch out for?. Using a 51' chrome trim around the glass. And who has a good source of rubber products? Carpenter, Macs, Sacremento? Thanks for all the help Barners. Ken

Ken, I got the rubber for the windshield on our '51 F-1 from Carpenter. At the time I didn't have the stainless windshield trim so I got the rubber that didn't accommodate the stainless. To install it's best to have two people, a little liquid soap and some string... Have fun.

Ken - Just went through that drill (but had it professionally installed), got the rubber from C&G (I have the 5-Star cab, with chrome surround). Glass man said it was a perfect fit, and I am thrilled with the results.
