Try Dennis Turkette 260-413-4121. I used him for my pickup from Orland Ca. to Lake city Mi. & was very pleased. If you decide to call him, tell him that Jack Slyh & Gary Taylor recommended him. Email [email protected] I think.
Gary.

Try PM'ing TrulyVintage, he's a Barner and posts here regularly. But he has enclosed trailer.

Thanks guys but I still need help. Three up and three down. Dennis is not available and the link to Affordable does not work. TrulyVintage would have been my first "go to" but this car does not warrant a closed trailer nor the costs associated with same.
I have a situation where the seller wants this thing gone and I need it here!
Appreciate all your help so far.....

Thanks Gary! I keep meaning to stop by and take the Ford for a ride! (well at least sit in the passenger side while you drive)

Hey, thanks to all, especially Gary who hooked me up with Dennis. Dennis says he can make this happen and I know he will.
Based on my brief experiences and conversations with him as well as the recommendations of those he has already served, I believe anyone needing a vehicle moved should contact him first!
thanks again, Roy

I would absolutely not recommend trulyvintage. I had very agonizing experience with Jim recently. The vehicle has not been delivered and the seller wants it out of his storage now. Jim is simply not a professional and I would not use his services again. I will try a few others listed here.

Jerry ...

Seems like you do a good business selling here on the Barn .....

So - your excuse about " not being good on the computer " as the reason
for not confirming your transport request does not hold up ....

Exactly how long had your Model A been sitting in Michigan waiting to be
picked up before you contacted me ?

According to Dennis the Seller - quite awhile .....

You bought this car off Ebay at an auction that ended May 27th, 2013.
You confirmed your transport request by email to me on July 13th, 2013

The fact is - I was available to haul your Model A when I was in Michigan
and you never confirmed transport ....

It could have been in California by now ....

You buy a Model A truck in the Upper Michigan Peninsula and you wait
(6) weeks or more to contact me afterwards ....

Then you call me and tell me you are going to confirm transport by email ......

Then you don't do it until (2) days later when I
have left the area after booking another transport .......

Then you send an email confirming transport when I am on my way
to Alabama ....

Then I reply to your email telling you I am on my way to Alabama and
you are on my schedule ....

Then you call me more than (6) times the next day when I am in Alabama
and email me wanting to know when your Model A is going to be
in California .....

Then when my secretary calls you and I email you again ......

Then when you never return my secretary's call .....

Then - instead - you email me again saying the Seller needs to know when
I am going to pick up .........

Then I call the guy you bought the Model A from and getting the
actual story of how long it has been sitting there ....

Your transport is cancelled .....

Do you really want me to post our email correspondence Jerry ?
