I am using a July 1932 Ford Parts book which only pertains to Model 'A', AA and AAC, nothing else.
The rear bumper bars for 1930/31 are stated as A-17785-E. (This is not the carried over 28/29 bumper which is A-17784-DR.)
The book then states an A-17785-F for 1931.
They are called a "Fender Guard Bar" which is just the bar itself.
My question is, what is the difference between the two part numbers? Would the 31 be a tad shorter like the 31 front bumper?

That is the rear bumper bar used on 160A,B,& C. (Slant window sedans) It had a different curve than the standard 30/31 bumper bar.
