I too first thought it was a Pontiac because of the hood ornament, but, the wheels and door hinges aren't right. Thats one nice looking car, I'll try to figure ot out.

Pretty much looks like the same trim as in Duffy's picture alright.

A few other makes of cars had the rumble step plate mounted on the leading edge rear fender. Packard for one.

Hood ornament looks like either Pontiac or Stutz to me. I also vote Pontiac.
