Default 1934 Ford Greyhound dog

City: Arcadia

This radiator mascot came off my restored 1934 ford, I believe it is original, it is stainless steel and has a part number of 0218387 and pat. number of 1808224 they are hard to read so all number my not be accurate? Original OEM Greyhounds are diecast, not stainless.Stainless ones were made by Don Sommer in the 1970's and very much sought after. You have a nice one.

I read years ago that an original greyhound for 34 Ford had a part number 18-18385, with free standing tail and copies later had P/N 18-18389.

Robert L. .................
Someone must have added the diamonds to the eyes.
What you have is the Don Somner reproduction, if it is stainless, like Deuce Lover said.
I have one too, but it has no diamonds.
