1954 f100 project

I just bought this not long ago, but some property I want has come up and I need to sell some things... nice solid original frame and suspension, no rot, repairs, or damage. Body has typical east coast lower rust that will need fixed, cab corners, door bottoms, etc... floors are there but the front cab mount areas need repair, side glass is intact and rolls up and down. I sourced a nice complete steering wheel/box/column with the shifter and turn signal assembly. Comes with some buckets of parts, gauge clusters, parking lights, headlight buckets, some emblems, small stuff/etc It is missing the left rear fender, tailgate, front and rear glass, fuel tank, and engine/trans. No title, I can supply bill of sale.

I was going to put a 401 Buick and stick trans in it, that drivetrain is available too for $600.
