Default '51 Crestliner Radio repair

I am working on a '51 Crestliner and want to get the radio working. The car was converted to 12 volts so the previous owner disconnected the radio. I wired the radio up to a 6 volt battery and it does not power up. Can anyone recommend a good place for radio repair?

Thanks all!

Seth

Check with Charles Forgey, 8927 Leamon Rd, Harrison TN, 37341.

He can repair your radio, can change it from 6 volt to 12 volt, or can convert it to AM-FM or what ever you need.
