Default Runnning boards

When replacing the rubber runing board covers on a 1936 what kind and name brand of glue is the best to use? any other tips? THANKS BILL DEWEY PITTSBURG,KS. Inernet [email protected]

If it were me I would have the running boards recovered and vulcanized by Hunlee Acuff in Rossville, Ga.

Wellwood contact cement works well.You can get it at your local hardware.Just remember it sets up pretty fast. Make sure you have the covers lined up well beforehand.
