Default Tricks to strip paint off Motor

I've got a rebuilt motor but the paint is blistering etc. Any good tips to strip the motor and repaint without tearing it down?

As always, thanks for the advice.

I've used a needle scale gun (like an air chisel, but different attachment than chisel) and have good results with paint adhering.

Don't forget the power washer, you can pick up a good one from Lowe's/Home Depot for under $150, been using my latest one on engines, houses/decks/tractors...you name it for the past five years, worth every penny.
