Block Plugs
I would like a source where I can get the four 3/4" block plugs for my '36LB engine. I have heard them called freeze/soft plugs also. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Mike

Re: Block Plugs
I would think you could get them at any parts house
I think they are Welch plugs but like you say most call them freeze plugs Bubba |

Re: Block Plugs
IF the holes are corroded they can be tapped with a pipe tap and an allen plug installed. Sometimes the holes are too big for the original type plugs to seal due to rust/corrosion.

Re: Block Plugs
Thanks guys for all the advice. Now I know where to get them. My block holes have a good lip. I was surprised of the depth of all the crud after I removed the old ones. Mike
