Unhappy Passenger door Alignment Problem..

Driver door closed good for a 39! but my passenger door has a hitch @ the lower hinge before It closes. When closed the 3 rasied lines on the cab do match the 3 raised lines on the door.

I want to fix this problem but not sure what I getting into. Would like a sequence to go by to properly fix/repair or replace lower hinge and have door close good. Any input would be great.

If you'd like some ideas on this email me at [email protected]
I tried to send some possible cures, but ran out of space or time and got logged out. Dick

I had this problem with my 36 conv. What I did was make a spacer out of aluminum to fit between the hinge and body. I worked well and all you have to do is touch up the ends with paint.
