Column Lock and Steering Box ID 32-34?? NEW Pic's

I am looking at buying a farmer modified Model A truck chassis. It looks to have a slightly later steering box and column lock on it. The steering shaft has been shortened, so not likely any good. Can anyone help me ID the year of the modified column lock and box? Thanks Rod
