Re: radiator fan 40/41 pickup ID
I always found that the lower 40 hoses only go on 1 way, the wrong way has interference.

I have the sheilds and I'll use them when I get to final assembly. I have a lot of body work to go yet. I am using the chassis for a "run stand"and a place to store the the engine and transmission. |

Re: radiator fan 40/41 pickup ID
Just in case you decide to supercede the use of OEM rubber hoses, you can make these using copper tube. Installed in 23 years ago with no broken hoses so far.
I always thought the 40 hoses seemed too soft and weak for a 10 lb. system. Last edited by 19Fordy; 10-10-2023 at 05:25 PM. |

No, two different fans. The hub is longer on the Merc fan.
