bttt means back to the top so the thread goes to the top and more people will see it. Bump does the same thing, it's just to get the thread at the top of the list but this shouldn't be abused, I think rules are every 3 days....?

There is a sort of gentlemans agreement not to bump sooner than 3 days. At least that is the case on the hamb, may be the same here.
