Re: Is anybody
We got 3 or 4 inches of snow a couple weeks ago. So I shoveled the front sidewalk to be nice.

Re: Is anybody
Barely covered the ground here a day or two ago. Didn't even get to use my 'new to me' JD with plow yet. Snowblower is still hanging on the wall.

The catalogs call it white but it's probably more like Parchment or maybe a dark-ish version of Ivory. It's enough darker than the couple year old bright white paint on the lower dash that it bugs me, especially where the vinyl arm rests on the doors line up with the lower dash. I'll be repainting that metal to more closely match the vinyl. The dash cover is only a few years old, put on by the last owner, back to the original color like the rest of the car. As pretty as it looks, the glare from the white dash onto the inside of the windshield can be fairly tough to see thru, so I'll be getting a black dash mat to put up there while driving. I ended up pulling the steering column to have enough room to slide and lift the dash out by myself. Lots of surface rust on the drivers side firewall and the insulation pad has disintegrated, but that's why I'm taking it apart. More cleanup work left to do... That’s a big job! Results will be worth all the hard work. Good luck.

Re: Is anybody
You're right, it looks better in the photos. It could be the fluorescent lights in the garage. In natural light the white is a bit intense, I'm just going to tone it down a bit. The previous owner repainted it and may have used a slightly different color than original.

The Ford Barn is feared more to the original cars, I too am a hot rod guy and there is a later model V8 Ford engine under the hood along with a 5 speed transmission. HRP
