1937 flathead engine complete with heads and intake with stand-cracked bellhousing

This engine came with a long since sold project. It's on a square tube engine stand. It was unfortunately dropped while unloading and cracked the bellhousing. Distributor, heads, intake included. Everything on the engine is clean as a whistle and it has a tag like it had been rebuilt. The engine easily turns. Repair or use for parts. I need this out of storage asap. Giveaway priced $125

Edit: I've been told that perhaps it isn't a 37 motor-I put that in the ad because that is what the tag says on the motor says. This motor also includes the original type spark plug wire looms. I've also included a picture of the damage if someone wants to weld it.
