Re: 35/Cabriolet Dash removal
Hi Ted,
I just went over to the shop to look at my 36 cabriolet dash it is out of the car. It does not bolt in like the one on my 34 cabriolet. It is like a closed car there are five D nuts on the windshield side. Which doesnt make much sense to me because of the fact that the windshield does not open. It looks like a guy has to pull the windshield. On the 33 34 roadster door wood drawings I would be interested in some of them when you have a chance to make some up. Thanks, Larry Good Luck |

Re: 35/Cabriolet Dash removal
Hi Ted,
You got me thinking more about the dash. I think I am wrong about pulling out the windshield. Because where the D nuts are the metal lip goes back and down and the five nuts are not spaced evenly. There is three above the gauges evenly spaced the other two are on each side of the glove box. So it looks like you can get to the bolts from inside under the dash. I hope you didnt pull the windshield like I told you. SORRY if you did...............Good Luck...............Larry |
