Default 47 Ford Car Jack

Do any of you 47 Ford owners have a photo of the correct style car jack and handle that came with the car or was an option at that time.

Thanks

Here's the Early Ford V8 Club book information about it:

Is there any info on the jack handle, or lug wrench?

On a related subject, have any of you 46-48 owners tried to use one of these jacks?
I've attempted, but I'm really afraid to put any bumper-weight on the jack. It doesn't look very secure to me, and I'm not willing to risk it falling off. Any other opinions, or experience? Thanks
