Default Point gap?

Tell me: Manual says 0,012 inch/0,3mm. When I do that it wont rotate more than 1500/perhaps. When set much closer - it runs as it should - and propel me about 120 km/h. ???

Point gap should be .015. Make sure you do not have two feeler gauges stuck together. Can't think of a problem that would be fixed by closing the gap. It will retard your timing but the spark will be weak.

Now thinking about vaccuum unit: At idle it has no vaccuum. Then vaccuum sets in. All the way up to max revolutions, then at this point vaccuum drops. Is this correct?

At idle and cruise you got vacuum.
Accelerting with throttle open no vacuum.
This is if you mean manifold vacuum not venturi.

I assume you're talking about an 8BA distributor, the one located on top not the front.

The Holley Load-O-Matic uses venturi vacuum to advance. The vacuum can pulls against springs inside the distributor. European manufacture cars may have utilized different ignition systems components but I don't know much about that if so.

You can check the Load-O-Matic can by pulling vacuum on it with a hand type vacuum pump. Some Holley carbs have some vacuum at idle while the throttle plate is near closed with dual port vacuum. As the throttle is opened, the venturi port starts to draw vacuum. I'm not sure if the 94 type carb is set up this way but the Mercury 885 type is.
