For Sale - Original Set of Champion 3X Spark Plugs
The plugs are used but work well. As can be seen by the photos the knurling on the steel base of the plug has a deep pattern and extends from the base of the hex to the bottom of the plug. The height or thickness of the hex (measured at the corner of the hex) is 3/16" indicating these plugs were used from early 1930 to the end of production. Additionally the top of the 3 in 3X is round whereas the repo plug the top of the 3 is flat.These plugs were cleaned and restored for show about 25 years ago but have not been used for about 15 years. NOTE: A set of repo 3x plugs will cost about $185-$190. Price is $300 for the set, postage within the USA is included, however additional insurance is at the expense of the buyer.
