Default Sullivans garage one of the good guys !

Mark Sullivan went out of his way to send me the correct parts for my Model A . I had ordered the parts some time ago last summer and when they arrived they were the wrong part probably because someone sometime installed a newer 2 tooth steering assembly in my 29 Model A .I posted my frustration on the Forum and Mark Sullivan saw the posting. Mark sent me the correct parts and since it had been a long time that I was waiting for them he also sent me a check for the cost of the parts which I received today. I am very pleased it is good to know that if something is wrong MARK will make it right THANK YOU ! Mark Sullivan BOB1942

Good to see vendors go out of their way to correct problems. I suspect we tend to forget that these are small business operations and that at times it takes a while to get things sorted out. I have used 3-4 of the major vendors and am happy with the service received form all of them. Sure glad that parts etc. are available.

Mark Sullivan is a good guy, he just needs to hire some help instead of tring to do it all himself. That would speed things up. I bought a model A from him about eleven years ago.
