Default Charlotte V8 meet, 75th year of the 1940

I remember the big celebration of the 1932 Ford, is anything planned for the 75th year of the 1940 Ford. Could 75 1940 Fords show up at Charlotte for a group photo????? Informal sign up here....... What are your thoughts. I haven't heard of anything to celebrate the 40's 75th birthday.

My wife and I are going as usual. She said I could go. She doesn't want to go on the Glidden Tour. The older she gets the more she hard to live with.

There will be special recognition of the 1940 Fords in Charlotte and a one off license tab given to all registered at the meet.

And dont forget the ready for framing certificate -- acknowledging that you brought your 1940 Ford, Lincoln, or Mercury to the Meet.

I have been on thin ice with that women for 55 years. No use to change now. I am home alone this week. She made me stay home and take care of the dog. I might take the 40 if I can get it started.? Cecil will be there. Maybe we can have lunch together again? Last time we had lunch at Hooters. Don't remember what I had to eat just stared at the help.
