For sale, an original Ford 28/29 open vehicle passenger’s door. This style door was used in early1928 that used the inside latch. Note: it doesn’t have the stiffening ribs on the inside panel like later 28 and 29 doors do. It will fit a 28 or 29 roadster, open cab pickup or the front doors of a phaeton. To use the door on a very late 28 or 29 vehicle, holes and captive nuts would need to be installed in the door where the latch fits for the outside handle. Someone tried to install an outside handle, so the holes are there. The door has some minor flaws and the latch area would need some TLC to install either a 28 latch or a 29 style latch. The door is not bad for a 90+ year old part. The pictures show the condition of the door.
