1936 Ford Coupe door Lock
What connects the key lock to the Latch. Looks like I am missing something?? Thanks !

The photo below is not a 35-36 but is a 33. You can see the small square hole for the square shaft out of the door key cylinder when the shaft rotates the receiver the receiver sends a lock bolt up to the mechanism. This causes the mechanism to lock the out side door handle from rotating. The same is true of the 36 door latch mechanism.
