Yesterday, my wife and I were cruising down a Marquette street in our 1932 BB flatbed truck when a car darted out from a parking lot entrance/exit and ran into the rear wheels on the driver's side. No one was injured, and considering the number of people on foot in the area, a lot of luck was at play. The police were called and assured me that I was not at fault. It appears that at least the outer wheel was bent and as a result has a wobble. There is also a small dent in the outer rim. My question is if anyone is aware of services that could straighten the 20" truck wheel. It is/was in very good shape, probably my best wheel.

Ck out any large, old, truck frontend/spring/brake shop in your area.

Might not be a shop like that up in Marquette. Hope you find somebody that can help. I know there are a few old time wheel shops near me.

You might talk to t\some folks that straighten new rims. I'm not sure how they do it and it is an alloy that will behave different than a steel rim, but they will be able to handle a 20" rim

Sorry to hear about the accident. I would give Michigan Wisconsin Spring and Brake in Iron Mountain a call.

Is it a curled lip or is the rim itself bent on the center? If its the center, mark it, clamp it down in your tire changer and jack up on the bent side. Apply heat if needed. If its just the lip, use an adjustable wrench to bend it back

Get another wheel, they are around and not expensive. Those rims can be very dangerous if the lock ring surface is tampered with.

Since duals were on the rear and the outside wheel is on "backwards" the ring surface was not damaged. Thanks for the responses.
