Default 40 coupe window frame

Hi Guys;
Doing some new door panels and window guides on my 40 coupe. Deluxe window frame doesn't want to seat flush, so the wing window rubber molding doesn't quite seat properly. There is a raised rib inside the door that the window garnish hits. Is there a difference between standard and deluxe doors? Could I have '39 doors and '40 window frames?
Thanks in advance;
Steve

The difference is with the window garnishes, door handles + cranks and trim. Doors are the same for '40. The inner structure of '40 doors prevents the one piece glass of earlier doors from rising. Good '40ing: Fred A

I don't know about the raised rib hitting the garnish moulding, but I do know if the upholstery on the door panel is padded or too thick the garnish will not pull up to let the gasket seal.
