Default stuck valves

I have a 41 truck flathead that I am trying to get the valves out of. It was full to the top with water when I got it so everything is rusty. I don't want to break anything like guides or the block. Any slick tricks for this?
Thanks Jim Ford

There is no easy way. You will have to destroy the valves, guides, springs etc. A of it will be replaced with new if you finally determine that the block is worth saving.

That is what I figured, just thought someone else must have done this and had some pointers. Thanks, Jim Ford

Yep, I would cut the valves/springs and drive the valves up out of the guides and then drive the guides out the bottom. You are not really loosing anything the valve, springs and guides are most likely not going to be reusable. Even cutting them it is going to be a hell of a job getting it apart.
