'32 V-8 Engine Bearings
Hello all----I'm putting together a '32 V8 engine. The rod bearings that I have are aftermarket from back in the day. They are made entirely of aluminum. They are very light in weight. Anyone have experience with this type of bearing? Are these ok to use or am I asking for trouble?

Well Rich, I guess if they are made for 32-38 flathead they should work all right. Have you ever fitted those full floating bearings? There easy to do, don't get scard to do it. I can tell you how to do it if you have a problem. Walt

Walt---Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure what you mean by "fit". I have checked the clearances and they are at spec. What else do I need to do?
