43 bids.....really?
Think I'll get a Hodaka and a tote-goat, put'm together, and build me a "Hardley" I know there are at least 43 people out there with more money then "cents".

Re: So This is What a 1930 Model A Looks Like
OK, first of all I think we will all agree that this is not a Model A Ford and should not be titled as such. The only parts I can see that are Model A are the cowl, the tail lights and some of the frame. It doesn’t sound like a Model A was chopped up to make it. Maybe there should be a new nationwide category of “Rat Rod” for licensing these things.
I don’t have one, never will, but this is a work of art compared to a lot of other rats. Things are in the right place, they fit and are functional, and the safety features are there. It has a good color combo with the gray primer and wood panels, and has quaint seats although I would need 4-way power. It looks planned rather than just thrown together. In a parade it would draw a few chuckles without many boos and would not be mistaken for a Model A. The Shriners might be giving him a call. |

You guys are very insensitive, I am the winning bidder and I'm proud to be driving back home to PA. Probably take the turnpike. Oops, forget the pike, no way to protect it from the bugs on the paint!
