Default Marvel carb parts?

Do any of you know where I can obtain parts for the Marvel carb? I am especially interested in the needle and seat. I like the way these carbs perform and would like to be able to overhaul mine when the time comes.

Sadly, parts are limited. Fortunately the carbs in the barn fresh state are not. Ebay usually has at least 5 for sale at any time, sometimes at ridiculously low prices.

At the flea markets you can do even better. I paid $3 for one of mine (with driver.)

As far as aftermarket, I think Renners Corner is the only source of parts - and they're not bashful on pricing.

But what price success - or your satisfaction?

See http://www.rennerscorner.com/carburetor.html, 4th entry from the bottom. Pix below.

Thanks for the info. Yeah, 56 bucks and no float valve, i.e. needle and seat. I hesitate to tell this tidbit of shade tree knowledge, but I have been "reconditioning" my poor old needle valve on the mini lathe when needed. It works pretty well and lasts quite a long time. Maybe as long as some replacement parts. Some day I'll have to acquire a new one, though. I ran across someone while surfing the net who custom machines carb parts like this but I didn't write down the info. He sells at large swap meets. Probably back east.
