Another wheel and tire question
Would anyone be so kind to post some pics of your car with radial tires on 35 rims. Im about to spend gobs of money for a set of tires for my 34 project and I dont want to be disatisfied with my choice. I dont want to use bias tires since here in Vermont we have several roads in need of repair. I love the look of a "chubby tire" but I understand im limited by 4" rim width. I also want them to be wide whites. Im leaning towards a 215/70/r16 or 215/75/r16 from coker or Diamondback. Anyone going wider than 215? I think the 75 would give me a bit taller tire to help with highway speeds. Banjo is 354. Stock steering. all pics and comments welcome. Thanks so much Ken

Re: Another wheel and tire question
Ken, the wheels are '36 but the tires are 215/70 R16 with 3"WW from Diamond Back Radials. We like them especially with the 3.54 rear end and the T-5 transmission.

Re: Another wheel and tire question
Bill, thanks a bunch, they look good! Do you know if 36 wheels are the same width as 35 wires? I believe 4" for 35. Im thinking I can go one size taller (215/75 since from what I understand the 215 is tire width and the 75 is percent of width in hight if that makes any sense. 75 would give me close to a 29" tall tire to help the 354 gears.
