How many of you have built scale models of your cars?
I was wondering how many out there have built or bought a scale model of their car,or collect old Ford models?? I was just wondering! I have collected and built model cars all my life! wondering how many others do as well. I took these pictures at the model car contest at the mid America nationals last weekend. Who ever built this 1/18 scale 32' did a great job! Amazing detail

Check out this "Model Car Display" by V8 Bob. Outstanding workmanship.
It's a Full Size 1940 coupe Model Car along with all the other model cars shown on the table. http://www.flatheadv8.org/v8bob/carshow.htm .

Wow, that v8bob link is amazing. I must get around to building my coupe from the AMT 1/25 kit, I've had it for years.

Re: How many of you have built scale models of your cars?
Well never had a car that I wanted a model of until I built the Ute. Planned on taking the car to the World of Wheels show locally and wanted it as part of the display. I didnt make the show and got the model about 95% good enough. Only one pic of the model, for some reason I cannot find the others.
