Default 35 &36 Coupe Rear Fenders Same or Different?

Hope you all can settle an argument (I mean discussion) for me. Are 35 and 36 rear coupe fenders the same or different? If different, how can you tell?

Thanks

The different between the 35 and 36 rear fenders are at the rear. The 36 rear fender is more pointed at the low rear of fender.

'36 has a crown, where the '35s don't. Also the '36 has a "full" look, the wheel opening is shorter (closer to the wheel) and the rear is almost level with the front where it bolts to the running board.

The 1935 - 36 Ford Book published by the Early Ford V8 Club of America has very clear photos of the differences on page 21. I found the book to be invaluable when I was building my '36.

Definitely differences between '35 & '36 rear fenders as already mentioned plus more. Good advice to get the EFV8C/A's book written by Don Rodger's. I've just about worn out one copy. May have to purchase another.

The opening is longer front to back on the '35.
