Transmission Bellhousing Question
I have a Aluminium Bellhousing where is wrote 51-53 Chrysler and 52-53 Desoto Hemi to a 49-63 Ford transmission.
Okay, it may be for a 49 to 63 Ford tranmsission, but I don't think it is for one of these Hemis. The diameter of this bellhousing is surely to small. Has anybody an idea for what cars engine this bellhousing could be? Re: Transmission Bellhousing Question
I'm far from an expert on early hemi's, but the diameter doesn't look too small to me. The transmission bolt pattern certainly looks like Ford manual trans. (3 and 4 speed).
