On China Kube is correct! I source some products from China for my business and they can produce quality equal to US, it just costs more.

"keith" - No problem; I just like tinkerin' with stuff better that payin' for stuff. I'd really like to get my hands on a couple of those (cheap) and see what I could do with 'em.

Maybe contact some of the well known carburator rebuilders. They may have something that was sent in for repair and the customer decided to go with and original 97 rebuild or a new 97 made in England instead.

Put two on my rebuilt 39 four years ago. I had to change to leaner jets and the shoulder screw that secures the accelerator pump lever was machined incorrectly (too shallow so it backed out several times--I called to ask for another one-they sent the incorrect one again). But they have performed very well. I bought them on sale and would do it again.
