Default Model B door hinges .

Hey guys, I am working on a 32 B model, both doors, the hinges are loose, but I cant turn the hinge screws in or out.
I have been putting pb blaster on the screws for the last 2 weeks, but they wont budge,
Hate to put heat on them..
Any ideas ?
Thanks ..

If you don't want to heat them, how about an impact driver. I started using an attachment i picked up from the COrnwall tool guy the impact driver fits into my air hammer and you can put a wrench on it and turn the hinge screws. I like it over the regular impact hammer you have a more control over the operation this way. A little heat on the bolts just a nice dull cherry red then let them cool down completely works great.
You could see if any repair shops have an induction heat gun you could use. I have never tried one just seen them in the catalogs they look like the would work good.

I have had great success over the years using a handheld impact and a 3 pound sledge hammer.
Lot's of penetrating oil for over a few days really helps.
Heat works REALLY well....IF...you don't care about the surrounding paint.
I always use a new or near new bit on the impact ....you may bugger up a few screws but they are readily available
