Dave, Welcome to the ford barn I see you are pretty new here. I also have a 39 ford pickup. For some reason those glove box doors are pretty hard to find. I don;t know why. Maybe its a one year only part? I was thinking of making one out of walnut wood with a piano hinge to attach it and a magnetic latch.

You are right about the lack of doors out there.If you see one(E-pay)it goes for big bucks.From what I understand only fit '38&'39 pickups,comm. etc. and some '37 cars.Good luck,found mine in half(hinge broken) will weld hopefully.
