1946 Ford Flathead 59Block
I have a 1946 Ford Flathead with raised number 59 on the bell housing. I would like to know what kind of heads will fit on this Ford flathead Block ? I have (59AB) heads , I have ( A ) heads , I have ( GAE-O ) heads . The water jacket holes in the center of the heads are all different sizes. Does the different size water jacket ( hole diameter ) make a difference on how hot the flathead gets ?
