Cool while we're at it

Hey guys, one more thing besides the amp meter and condenser, its my carburetor. i rebuilt it ,its a side bowel late 31 and i can't seem to stop it from weeping . i've read about the repro jets and alot more. I set the bowel at 5/8 in , still i get just a little wet on the bottom. any ideas out there?? thanks THE HOOCH

It's going to be wet on the bottom if you over choke it when starting.

all the jets have proper one gasket none on idle jet and tight?

I cleaned up a carb and had trouble getting the main and cap jets to stop leaking at their bases. I switched out the red washers for Brattons black ones and the leaking stopped. I put the bottom half of the carb on the bench and leveled it with shims. I added fuel to the bowl and waited to see if the leaking had stopped.
