Does the Nose Section of the 1930 Splash Apron get fender welting? I don't think so but we are that stage in the restoration process.

Early '30 (w/integral nose ..no) , later with bolt on nose piece..yes.

Later "one" piece splash shield was bolt on ... LATE 1930 [Nov] with what i remember the 190A . Photo that Brent is correct... for a early thru mid 1930
