'32-48 flywheel ring gears
I have a vintage Albro Alm flywheel for a 59AB, with what I am guessing is Ford starter ring gear. The ring gear has a # on it, 112 BSR. Can anyone tell me if this a standard Ford ring gear. The one on it need to be replaced.
Please see photo. Thank you Fordbarners. |

I think a picture from the backside would be more helpful.

I think you'll find it's the same gear as the Model A to 48 engine. Walt

inner and outer diameter, and a count of the number of teeth, would nail it down.
For example, I get about 12-1/2 ID, and 14-3/16 OD, and 114 teeth, on a 46-48 flywheel that I have in my stuff. |
