Default Edelbrock 257 intake

The latest e-pay item. Edelbrock 257 intake manifold. Used. Buy it now $1100. One looker per hour. I had a used one for sale, PERFECT condition, also a NEW one for sale for much less than half that much, No inquirers at all. I give up.

Sometimes ya gotta go where the buyers are
I don't like paying 10+% to a middle man either but their payment /escrow service and refund options make non face to face transactions less likely to turn into a ripoff.
Is it really great? No, but it does have some good points.

Whatever, EVERYTHING is going for scrap. I've already been offered nearly 1K in scrap for all the cast iron alone. So far the best offer on anything. After 5 years of trying to sell this stuff without success, I'm done with it.
So, if I list my $350 intakes on e-pay, for $1100, I will be able to sell them?

Are you listing it 'Buy it now' or Bid. I tend to shy away from 'Buy it now' unless it is a good price and I REALLY need it.

Do the Bid thing, have a LOW starting price and let the bidding war happen. I have sold items that I would never have dreamed someone would pay that much for.

What's the sayin' My Sheet is someone else's Shinola, or something like that

Did it sell? Probably not at that price.
