Cutting spare keys
What is the best way to cut spare ignition/door key? I have the key number.

Go back a couple pages and check out "Original Model A keys" 08-22-2023 and you will see e70 and his displays of model A keys. Eric and his father are involved in restoring Model A ignitions and door locks. Send Eric a a message with what you need.

I just went through this to get some spares made. I had the keys, old “Hurd” keys, one was cracked.
Most of the newer or box stores with the computerized copy machines are unable to make them. Had to find an old school lock shop with manual copy cutters, I had the blanks so it made it easy for them . |

I like this Curtis tool to cut keys by code for old automotive locks
