Default Help identifying brackets

Can I have some help ID'ing these? I suspect "C" is a ringer because of the phillips head hex bolts, but need confirmation before tossing.
Any help appreciated, thanks in advance.

I think A is to secure the emergency brake cable to the rear backing plate on
hydraulic brakes. B looks like the bracket that bolts to the firewall to hold the
vacuum line for the wiper.

B is also for the electric wiper wire and it holds the kick panel top edge.
