Default Fixing radiator top leak

Hello guy's it's been awhile since I have been on here. I had the radiator top soldiered on several years ago and now it's leaking in three different places. What can I use to repair it without taking it all out? Thanks, Don.j

Don

If the leak is on something which can be removed and cleaned, both sides of the leaking area, you will be successful. Small welding tip, and 1/16" solder, twist 3 or 4 strands together, low acet and oxy pressures.
Pressure test higher than your cap.

Bruce

Works good
Lasts long time

Don't take the "short cut" and cheap it out. Pull the radiator and get it fixed right. It will be cheaper and quicker in the long run. I have a correct radiator at the repair shop now.

Don, I had my radiator fixed 3 times before I found a guy that did it right. Just bite the bullet and take it out and have it done right. I think the problem is the amount ofvibration. The guy that finnaly did it right said the leaks were never cleaned properly.
regards, Don
